Statement of Provenance ID

Every resource exported from RTOpacks carries a Statement of Provenance ID (SOP-ID). It is minted at the moment of final export — not at canvas creation.

Format

RTOP-[YYMM]-[UNITCODE]-[SHORT-HASH]

Example: RTOP-2603-BSBTEC404-a1b2c3

Permanent URL: trust.rtopacks.com.au/sop/RTOP-2603-BSBTEC404-a1b2c3

SOP Record Fields

Field Description
Source Identity National Register unit or qualification code and title
Temporal Data National Register sync date + generation timestamp
Engine Specs RTOpacks logic version (e.g. r1.2.0)
Processing Domicile AU-Sydney or AU-Melbourne
Composition Mix Final percentage of Manual (M) vs Agentic (A) blocks
IP Status User-Owned / Human-Contextualised

Placement

  • Export footer: Small-print provenance ID on every PDF and Word export page
  • Database: Primary key for the Resource History table
  • PassKit: Metadata field in the digital credential

Generation Trigger

SOP-IDs are minted on Publish (final export) only. The field is null until the user moves a resource from Draft to Final. This captures the definitive state of the SME's edits.
